FILA UK has terrible customer service. I returned a sweatshirt on 04/09/20 and requested an exchange. The returns process doesn't even include a returns label, you just have to write your own. The site didn't create an account so can't track anything that way and despite Royal Mail having tracked the parcel as delivered, I have heard nothing. I've tried replying to their email, contacting through the website and social media but no response at all. Terrible service for such a big brand.
This is a fraud site!Second time order from FILA.COM. I never received my shoes????.

Look I really thought FILA was a very reputable company and feel very disappointed in your handling of business practices. After reading the reviews I see you have no regard for your employees. I should have noticed something when I saw no customer service direct phone numbers. I really would like my merchandise or a TOTAL refund

Not sure why this is as I have made many INSTORE purchases of FILA items and was very satisfied with my items hence I made an online purchase and see this is not done correctly.

When I wear this show and came back my feet hurts so much because the shoe CUT MY FOOT'S SKIN OFF
I purchased a pair of Fila mid-price range sneakers to wear in Florida on a winter vacation. Within one week of normal wear on dry, paved surfaces (no sand/no water) the soles started to separate from the uppers on both shoes starting at the toe. By the end of the week, they were completely separated and though appearing brand new, were no longer attached. Visible inspection of the underside of the canvas and the upper surface of the sole showed no evidence of any residual bonding. Their customer service department was unresponsive to any of my attempts to contact them for explanation or remedy. Too many other brands available to ever purchase a Fila sneaker again.
Well, i ordered shoe from FilaUSA site and i been charged for $120 a week ago, I entered my shipping address and personal information correctly, at this same time when i placed my order I hadn’t been informed yet via email, to make sure that i made a purchase like any other online store and so on. I tried to communicate and reach to them but their responses were always about that " My order is cancelled and my item can’t be ship to you, they suggest me to reorder again" what’s going on!
I tried to make sure why my order status is already cancelled by itself and tried to discuss about the refundable policies and they never email me back again! And I don’t know what to do ????
EDIT: After i reached to them many time, they informed me that since my order its cancelled by itself, no process were charged. I truly sure that I’ve been charged and i called my bank and they told me I’m totally charged $120. I sent them my bank transaction, and the payment method and even my order confirmation detail that I found at my spam mail folder.

Attention Filacanada.ca. I ordered a shoes and it NEVER ARRIVED! They took my money thru paypal but when I went to the site to my account, my order is still PENDING and i dont understand why in the earth I have 9 PENDING ORDER! yes you read it right, 9 pending order which I only ordered 1 items! Can someone explain it to me why my order is still pending but they already took my money? I tried to email the customer service I never got a respond!

The items I ordered were not the right size for me. I contacted a customer service representative because I had not received a refund for that return I sent in more than a month prior. We had about 5 exchanges resulting in absolutely nothing. Those exchanges took place over the course of a few months as well because they really do not get back to you. If you do need a quick refund, I suggest you fill out their inquiry form on the website though, because that eventually got me my refund although it was not quick whatsoever.
To keep this short and sweet, I ordered 2 clearance items (that usually take people longer to find when sorting at the warehouse) on a Tuesday morning and had them at my door by Friday. Phenomenal. Can't speak to their customer service but from what I did deal with, lovely.
I'm so happy Fila partnered with BTS. The collection is fantastic!
I had no problems with fila.co.uk customer service slight delay in delivery but that's due to covid people need to understand that coat still arrived 6 days customer service very help full I will definitely buying from here again from steven Percival
I never usually make a complaint but feel I have to in this case..
I purchased an item almost a month ago, the money has gone out of my account and I haven't received my order or anything telling me my order is on its way.
I have emailed customer service 4 times now and still no response. Do not buy from this store- it doesn't respond to complaints or emails.
Quite frankly it's daylight robbery.
